Lacking information on the mechanics of Capitulation and further lacking information on what the points used in Peace Conferences are and where they come from. I'm assuming their related to the War Contribution score, but I have no confirmation. — Preceding unsigned comment added by His Kaiserness (Talk) 04:08, 11 June 2016‎ (CEST)

Convoys for transporting volunteers[edit]

As the Soviet Union I sent some tank divisions to the two Chinas as volunteers, helped kick Japan from the mainland, then staged an invasion of northern Honshu. This was successful - curiously, I could use my own navy to do recon of the relevant sea areas and didn't seem to need superiority. I also had no problem with convoys (Soviet Union had something like 80-100 convoys). At some point, after capturing a port and securing a stable front, I trained two T-34 divisions and sent them in addition. But I couldn't ship them over because, according to the tooltip, that needed 6 convoys and I had none. This puzzled me since I got the PRC's volunteers over just fine even though, since they're landlocked, I assume they had none. Lend-leasing both Chinas some convoys seemed to fix it, though. Peace Conference[edit]

A Peace conference can also happen even if the war hasn't ended, I'm not sure on the exact conditions though, but one of the cases, I think, is when countries join the war via a guarantee - PC will happen when you capitulate the claimed country, but the war with the guarantors will not end. Also results of your gains vary a lot based on the order you're passing/spending points in a PC, so it's always worth saving, both when it starts and after it ends, just to try again - to see if you can squeeze some more stuff out of it.(especially since 1.4, land not occupied by you costs something like 10x to claim in PC, no matter the effort) Gendalv (talk) 04:10, 5 July 2017 (CEST)
